Construction Contract Analyst

This is a full onsite work and an independent contractor work offer. You will be joining the Order To Cash team and helping them out with proposal creation, contract analysis, bid participation and pricing analysis.
Responsibilities: • Collaborate with legal and sales teams to streamline the contract process. • Team Lead for Salesforce Reporting and Analytics projects. • Lead testing efforts for the successful implementation of a new Salesforce instance. • Partner with developers and project managers to optimize CPQ functionality using Salesforce. • Performed testing of Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layout, workflows and validation rules. • Establish and maintain processes to ensure all Sales Orders are properly set-up in company system for accurate revenue recognition, billing, service delivery
and reporting. • Effectively communicate with Finance, Sales Support, Pricing, Compliance and IT teams for timely project deliveries.
Qualifications: Proficiency in cost modeling tools and software; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred. Familiarity with proposal management tools like RFPIO or similar platforms is a plus. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and visualization. Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to interpret complex data for actionable insights. High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in proposals. Experience in managing multiple proposals simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs or client requests. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or related roles. Prior experience in a technical, engineering, or sales environment is a plus. Familiarity with pricing models, competition analysis, and general proposal principles.
