Serve as Salesforce subject matter expert Provide daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instances Manage updates to the Salesforce architecture to support workflow, reporting and integration efforts as required Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, requirements and company goals Provide system administration support of Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, workflow and release management. Collaborate with various internal departments, including sales, marketing, product development, finance and ad operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance Advise and assist in managing data integrity, implementing and supporting change management processes. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce. Administrator and/or Developer certifications preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and development including custom workflows, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL. Experience working in Salesforce sandbox environments and performing deployment activities. Understanding of metadata API and deployment best practices. Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning user interface customization. Strong business analyst skills and proven ability to effectively gather requirements and implement solutions. Ability to manipulate large data sets while understanding both technical and business impacts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented. Able to work independently and to meet deadlines. Education/Experience: 3 years in SalesForce administration and development BA/BS degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience Experience working with DOMO, PowerBI, Tableau or other BI tools Proficient with Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, and SQL/MySQL
