Job Responsibilities We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Microsoft 365 Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving support cases, maintaining user accounts, and ensuring seamless operation of Microsoft 365 and other cloud services. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach. • Open and manage support cases with Microsoft. • Update user accounts for name changes and authentication information. • Maintain detailed documentation for each support ticket. • Investigate and resolve customer issues, determining next steps. • Manage mailbox creation, access, forwarding, and group membership. • Fulfill requests for membership changes in Microsoft SharePoint. • Edit group memberships and perform account administration in Active Directory. • Troubleshoot moderate Microsoft 365 issues. • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with customers, peers, and management.
