Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Onestream Developer to join our Corporate Systems team. What will you do? Design, develop, and implement OneStream applications, including financial consolidations, data loading, reporting, and budgeting solutions. Leverage the Extensible Finance (XF) platform to create scalable and performance-driven solutions, such as Cube Views, Forms, and Dashboards. Use SQL to create optimized queries and stored procedures for enhanced data management. Develop custom C# and VB scripts to automate processes, integrate data, and build custom OneStream functionalities ensuring code is maintainable, efficient, and follows best practices. Design and manage ETL processes to integrate data between OneStream and external systems. Develop data validation routines to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Conduct thorough testing and validation of OneStream solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with QA teams to design test cases, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Work closely with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into OneStream solutions. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and document technical processes for knowledge sharing. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate OneStream processes, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy. Stay updated on platform enhancements and incorporate best practices to continuously improve system functionality. What we are looking for? A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Information Systems or related field is preferred 4 years of professional experience as a OneStream Developer, with demonstrated expertise in implementing and supporting OneStream solutions for financial reporting and planning. Proficiency in SQL, including experience with writing complex queries and stored procedures. Advanced programming skills in C# and VB for custom scripting and automation within OneStream. Solid understanding of ETL processes and data integration. Strong aptitude for analyzing and resolving technical challenges and understanding how technical solutions impact the business. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, finance professionals, and end-users. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 4 years' experience with EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools such as One Stream, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)/Oracle Planning & Budgeting (PBCS), or other similar tool. One Stream experience is highly preferred Experience in financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes within a corporate finance or accounting environment. Familiarity with financial data structures, accounting principles, and ERP systems integration. Knowledge of scripting languages beyond C# and VB, such as Python or JavaScript, is a plus. Pay: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $81,210.00 - $117,760.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
