The Marketing Platform Strategist is responsible for planning, developing and deploying website strategy, updates and enhancements for our B2C marketing platform, Brand 360 — a free marketing portal we created to help our broker partners stay connected to past clients and grow their business. In this role, you’ll identify gaps and opportunities to better meet client marketing needs and drive business value. You’ll optimize the platform experience to improve usability and scalability. You’ll develop project briefs and execute plans to bring new capabilities to life. And you’ll own and implement content and production schedules, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and relevance. If you are a strategic thinker who loves building brands through creative content and engaging digital experiences, are a driver of continuous optimization, and thrive in a collaborative and learning-focused environment, this may be the perfect opportunity for you WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Regularly evaluating client needs and expectations, platform usage, competitor offerings, user experience and borrower trends Identifying new opportunities and providing strategic recommendations to guide future enhancements or and priorities Translating new and enhanced UWM product and service offerings to relevant consumer-facing messaging Initiating and managing the site’s marketing content lifecycle, including the editorial calendar, production schedules and content inventories Crafting creative briefs and collaborating with cross-functional teams — including digital, creative, sales and technology— to develop and deploy updates that increase overall engagement and drive client success Project managing the platform redesign — from initial strategy through deployment Ensuring site remains compliant, mitigating risks Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) on platform capabilities, content and priorities WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Must Have Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or greater 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on brand, website or content strategy Ability to interpret and translate data sets (i.e., audience analytics or website performance) into actionable content strategies and tactics Ability to write compelling creative briefs and develop content Excellent project management, teamwork and communication skills Curious, positive, collaborative and solution-focused Hands-on experience with publishing tools, CMS systems and/or web development or deployment Clear understanding of the B2B2C model to drive customer growth; experience with B2B2C platforms a big plus Mortgage or financial services experience not necessary, but a plus THE PLACE & THE PERKS Ready to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
