We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. This role requires strong technical expertise, an eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various business units to optimize our Salesforce instance for enhanced performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Object Management: Design and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts to support business needs. Flow Creation and Maintenance: Build, test, and maintain complex flows to automate business processes and enhance efficiency. Security Management: Implement and manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules to ensure data security and compliance. SOQL Proficiency: Develop and execute SOQL queries to retrieve and analyze data as needed. Data Management: Utilize Data Loader for data imports/exports and maintain data integrity across the platform. Reports and Dashboards: Build, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. Ticketing Management: Respond to and resolve Salesforce-related support tickets in a timely manner. User Management: Onboard, train, and support users to maximize adoption and ensure they leverage Salesforce effectively. Business Acumen and Relationship Building: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align Salesforce solutions with organizational goals. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and changes. UI/UX Experience: Ensure a user-friendly interface and experience for all Salesforce users. API and Third-Party Integration: Integrate third-party applications and APIs to extend Salesforce functionality. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves): Coding Experience: Familiarity with JS/HTML/Apex for advanced customizations. Product/Release Management: Experience in managing Salesforce releases and implementing new features. AI/Einstein: Experience with Salesforce AI tools like Einstein for predictive analytics and automation. Architecture Knowledge: Strong understanding of proper system architecture for scalability and best practices. Error/Fault Handling: Ability to design and implement error-handling mechanisms within automated processes. Certifications: Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification Core Competencies: Expertise in object management, data management, and flow automation. Strong understanding of Salesforce security measures and data access controls. Proven experience with data handling tools such as Data Loader. Proficient in SOQL for database queries. Adept at creating insightful reports and dashboards. Solid ticketing and user support experience. Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building. Technical documentation skills. UI/UX development experience. Knowledge of API and third-party app integrations.
