Our client, an HR software company, is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join their datacenter team. In the role, you'll be doing their Cisco route and switch functions, helping deploy Palo Alto NextGen firewalls in their datacenter, and helping with their Meraki wireless networking initiatives. They ideally need a network engineer who has experience working in a datacenter environment helping networking teams complete large-scale upgrade and refresh projects. They are currently planning on splitting their network into an on-premises and Azure cloud model, so any experience with cloud-based networking is nice to have. This is a direct hire role, hybrid (4 days onsite) out of their Grapevine, Texas office. Compensation is $120-130K annually plus bonus and equity potential. Required Skills & Experience
Experience working in a datacenter.
Experience with Meraki wireless networking.
Knowledge of Palo Alto NextGen firewall deployments.
Strong experience with Cisco route and switch.
Comfortability working as part of a team.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelors or masters in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Technical certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, etc) highly preferred. The Offer
