Overview:
Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an experienced Jr Corporate Recruiter to support the staffing of our internal office positions with the secondary responsibility supporting other Federal recruiting activities.
The role is on a hybrid schedule 2-3 days in the Tyson's Corner, VA office and the others work from home.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job duties and requirements.
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies using a variety of resources in order to identify and develop candidates for hiring needs of organization.
- Post job advertisements, utilize social media resources to network available opportunities and build candidate pipelines, attend job fairs, and maintain applicant tracking system with documentation on all candidates and candidate sourcing.
- Review and screen online job applications, utilize various databases to source and review resumes, identify potentially qualified candidates, initiate contact with and interview interested candidates, send suitable matches to hiring managers.
- Provide support to business development/capture efforts by identifying candidates and companies supporting specific programs or customers.
- Provide support to proposal efforts by engaging with targeted candidates to determine qualifications and obtain required documentation, as well as providing pricing realism for execution and delivery post-award.
- US Citizenship is required with a possibility to obtain a Federal Government clearance
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- At least five (5) years of experience recruiting
- Previous experience recruiting for cleared positions within the DoD and Federal contracting environment is highly desired.
- Experienced with MS Office Suite of applications.
- Experience with iCIMS ATS desired.
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and best practices.
- Ability to work with various departments and foster a collaborative teamwork environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Office environment and maybe occasionally lifting 25 lbs.
