The role lies in the industry of administration and office support, where you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including handling customer service, data entry, and managing appointments.


Responsibilities


• Effectively handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering high-quality customer service

• Efficiently process data entry tasks and maintain precise customer records

• Manage and coordinate schedules, including setting up meetings and appointments

• Respond to emails and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory, ensuring efficient operations

• Prepare necessary documentation such as spreadsheets, reports, and others as required

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to perform tasks

• Ensure the office's filing systems are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible

• Provide general administrative support across various departments

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to handle data entry tasks

• Excellent email correspondence skills

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
