Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to manage on-site documentation, review and revise timecards, and assist with various administrative tasks. This role involves effective communication with the Office Manager and Payroll Clerk, scheduling safety orientations and drug testing, and supporting the site manager and foreperson with day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
+ Manage all on-site documentation.
+ Review and revise timecards, input data on Excel.
+ Assist and communicate with the Office Manager and Payroll Clerk.
+ Schedule safety orientations, training, documentation, and drug testing.
+ Support the site manager and foreperson with daily activities.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in administrative support and data entry.
+ Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
+ Strong clerical and project coordination skills.
+ Knowledge of construction administration.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in human resources.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
+ Proficiency in excel
