Description of the role:

Peter Boulware Toyota is currently seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team in TALLAHASSEE, Florida. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing and organizing sales department operations
  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries from customers
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Assist in preparing sales documents and reports
  • Maintain and update customer database
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues as needed
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an administrative or sales support role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
