Description of the role:
Peter Boulware Toyota is currently seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team in TALLAHASSEE, Florida. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department.
Responsibilities:- Assist in managing and organizing sales department operations
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries from customers
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist in preparing sales documents and reports
- Maintain and update customer database
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues as needed
- Prior experience in an administrative or sales support role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
