You'll work closely with patients, drawing blood samples accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a positive and compassionate demeanor.Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, answer questions, and explain procedures clearly. Blood Collection: Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision. Specimen Processing: Prepare and label blood specimens for laboratory analysis. Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality control standards and accurate documentation practices. Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork and maintain patient records.
