You will interact directly with patients, explaining procedures, and collecting blood samples in a professional and compassionate manner.Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, answer questions, and provide clear explanations of procedures. Blood Collection: Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws accurately and efficiently. Specimen Processing: Prepare and label blood specimens for laboratory testing. Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality control standards and ensure accurate documentation. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate patient records and complete necessary paperwork.
