We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in our New York location. In this role, you will deal with customer inquiries, manage customer accounts, and ensure accurate record-keeping.


Responsibilities:

• Handle and direct voicemails to the appropriate contacts.

• Manage high volumes of voicemails on a daily basis.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and other tasks.

• Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Manage email correspondence and order entries.

• Schedule appointments as required.

• Develop additional tasks such as managing an email inbox.

• Ensure discretion and dependability in all tasks.

• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
• Experience in a call center customer service environment
• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to resolve queries and complaints effectively
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed
• Familiarity with email correspondence in a professional setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in order entry processes
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
