Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking Call Center Representatives to join a Re-Enrollment Project and assist patients and healthcare providers via inbound and outbound calls. This is a contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent role.

As part of the tier 1 customer support group, you will help patients re-enroll in a pharmacy sponsorship program, which provides financial aid for expensive medications, including cancer treatments. Re-enrollment is required annually, and we need over 100 representatives to manage this process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Calls:

    • Re-enroll patients in a pharmacy sponsorship program.

    • Assist patients with general questions and requests.

  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Document call details and update internal systems.

    • Utilize Salesforce and proprietary systems to manage patient information.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Manage 10 calls per hour or more.

  • Allocate 5 minutes per call for system updates and note-taking.

Qualifications:
  • Must pass a background check, drug screen, and education check for the highest level of education listed.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable handling both inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.



Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
