The successful candidate will be tasked with setting and implementing goals for hospice services, ensuring the facility's operations align with the organization's values, and managing a team to deliver conscientious, humane care. This pivotal role involves overseeing staff, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations, and being actively involved in the daily operations of the agency. The Executive Director will also be responsible for budget management, billing, hiring, and establishing healthcare standards, as well as handling public relations and events. Applicants for the Hospice Executive Director position at the company must meet specific qualifications to be considered. A current RN license is required, along with a minimum of 3 years' in healthcare and 5 years' in a leadership role, preferably at the executive director level in a hospice setting. The ideal candidate will have a background in business development and proven growth capabilities. Additionally, the role demands a professional with a strong educational background, including a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in a hospice, home health, or other healthcare delivery system setting. The Executive Director must also hold current CPR certification, possess a valid driver's license, and have access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
