About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its hospice program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of hospice operations, including business and clinical operations, business development, financial control, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. This role requires a leader with a strong background in hospice program leadership, particularly in the areas of operations, growth strategy, and clinical operations. The Executive Director will also be tasked with overseeing budgetary responsibilities, so experience in budget development, monitoring, and financial management is essential. Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a minimum of 2-3 years' recent experience in hospice operations management and hold a Registered Nurse license or have the ability to obtain one. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive or administrative roles within the healthcare sector, with a focus on hospice care. Strong leadership, managerial, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must, as are excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and assertiveness abilities. A broad knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations and administration is also required to ensure the program's compliance and success.
