Position Overview:The Executive Director will oversee the strategic, operational, and administrative functions of the facility. This leader will play a pivotal role in driving the organizations vision, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, fostering a supportive team environment, and spearheading innovative solutions to expand and enhance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the facility, including clinical, financial, and administrative departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve short and long-term organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, staff, regulatory bodies, and the broader community.
  • Oversee budget preparation, financial management, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to uphold high standards of patient care and improve treatment outcomes.
  • Provide direct oversight and support to clinical teams, ensuring evidence-based practices are followed and clinical protocols are maintained.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and service integration to broaden the facilitys reach and impact.
  • Drive the use of technology and innovative practices in treatment and administrative processes.
  • Champion a patient-centered approach, prioritizing the dignity, safety, and well-being of all individuals served.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A Doctorate is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role within behavioral health or substance use disorder settings.
  • Proven track record of operational and strategic leadership with strong financial acumen.
  • Experience with clinical management, including direct oversight of clinical teams and understanding of treatment protocols.
  • Familiarity with outpatient treatment models, evidence-based practices, and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Commitment to innovation and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
