Warehouse Supervisor Job at TRI-TECH AG PRODUCTS, INC. in Camarillo

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. Enforces compliance with the company’s policies and visions. Manage communication regarding warehouse employee concerns, customers, training, and job performance.

Must have the ability to read, write, and general comprehension in both Spanish and English; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer knowledge.

• Supervises the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision.
• Oversees receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the warehouse and at the yard.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Direct, orient, coach, and motivate employees.
• Produce reports and information regularly (IN/OUT purchases, sales tickets, weight tickets, etc.)
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
• Be aware of delivery plans and completions and communicate these specifics as needed to salesmen and growers Add products for purchase on the purchasing spreadsheet.
• Handle customer and salesperson calls.
• Verify all outgoing orders to make sure everything matches with the sales order
• Verify all incoming shipments and verify it has a PO # before receiving.
• Once a shipment has been received, we need to verify all items are accounted for and match the BOL.
• Manage Inventory with walkthroughs, counts, records, and forecasts.
• Assist with department job interviews.
