First Credit Finance is hiring: Customer Service Representative in Los Angeles

Job purpose

The Customer Service Representative. They are responsible for reviewing and verifying automobile loan applications, and documentation. Calling our clients and following up on payments. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. Will be able to communicate with our loan applicants and our dealer base in both English and Spanish. Will be responsible for verifying all information provided by customer. Such as work, and home. This job opening is a full-time entry-level position.

Duties and responsibilities

• Conduct and follow up with phone interviews, employment and reference, insurance verification.
• Review all loan documentation
• Input of documents via Data Entry
• Scanning and Faxing Documents
• Organizing and Filing Documents ( Physically and electronically)
• Follow up with our dealer base and give updates
• Additional tasks assigned upon managers’ request

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Computer Skills (typing)
• Punctual and Reliable Attendance
• Detail-oriented and Observant of Specific Facts
• Ability to Multi-Task and Prioritize Multiple Assignments
• Effective Team Player with a Positive Attitude
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• One year plus of customer service preferred
