Then you're an excellent fit for the customer service representative position at our insurance company! Do you have quality skills in typing, Microsoft Word, and Excel along with proper telephone skills? If yes, then you are just who we need to complete our team! You'll be responding to customer inquiries, mitigating service problems, and providing an exemplary customer experience. Bilingual in English/Spanish required (English as a first language). The D.I.S.C. Assessment must be completed before an interview will be scheduled.
Responsibilities
•Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
•Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
•Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
•Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
•Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
Qualifications
•Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
•Previous work in a customer-facing position
•Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
