Document Control Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Representative to join our team in Tualatin, OR. This person will be responsible for performing a variety of document control functions to support project or program managers. This role requires a working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless documentation processes.

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma (or equivalent) or a four-year college degree. 3+ years of experience working in document control within construction or semiconductor industry. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint. Understanding of how to manage and handle engineering drawings and technical documents. Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
