We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President and the leadership team. This role requires organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, HR oversight, financial management, event planning expertise, compliance support, and a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a polished, professional demeanor, confidentiality in handling sensitive information, and the ability to anticipate the needs of executives. salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage executives' emails, organizing, forwarding, and responding as appropriate. Review incoming correspondence, providing timely written responses. Coordinate all business travel for the executive team. Plan and organize staff meetings and philanthropic events. Financial Assistance
Collaborate with accounts payable/receivable to accurately categorize expenses for budgeting. Assist in preparing the annual budget, monitor credit card statements, and identify cost savings. Research vendors to ensure competitive pricing and added value. Training & Development
Update staff scorecards and identify development opportunities. Create SOPs, playbooks, training videos, and manage training materials. Human Resources Support
Oversee job postings, resume reviews, initial interviews, and onboarding. Manage new hire paperwork, and coordinate 90-day and annual performance reviews. Track and reconcile PTO for employees. Compliance and Licensing
Provide administrative support for licensed professionals, including E&O insurance management. Ensure continuing education requirements are met and licenses are renewed on time. Compliance Liaison
Act as a point of contact between leadership and the Chief Compliance Officer, assisting with compliance-related matters. Other Duties as Assigned
