Job Summary:
Designs, builds, oversees, implements and supports health plan software and related processes. Coordinates project and support teams to ensure appropriate development, training, implementation, support and evaluation of application functionality. Oversees workflow and processes as they related to systems applications.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience: Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Bachelor's Degree: Preferred Five years' health plan claims or information systems experience: Preferred Essential Functions:
Analyzes and reviews data requirements for internal use as well as for outside vendors to ensure data requirements are met. Coordinates a variety of information systems and data files, including large and complex files. Analyzes file structure, using and creating file layouts and transforming raw data into finished products. Oversees a variety of information systems and data files. Oversees technical support for Benefits Administration-specific applications. Works with a variety of information systems and data files, including large and complex files. Analyzes file structure, using and creating file layouts and transforming raw data into finished products. Prepares health plan reports. Creates trending and management reports as needed. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
