Job Summary:
Compiles and analyzes data to support organization's strategic initiatives. Develops integrated analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures information has been recorded accurately. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to strategic initiative owners. Performs forecasting and reconciliation of internal data.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience: Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Bachelor's Degree: Preferred Three years' technical experience: Preferred Essential Functions:
Reviews and highlights project areas that have high variance, performs root cause analysis and recommends areas of focus for business owners. Applies understanding of assumptions around measurements to analysis and explores problems with multiple dimensions to reach a solution. Engages with business owners to scope, perform, and present analytical work. Connects analysis produced to broader business problem, answers questions and highlights opportunities. Trains and onboards new team members in subject area connecting analysis produced to business problem. Applies moderate level subject area expertise to broader healthcare picture. Expands learning of advanced concepts in subject area. Works on problems of moderate to diverse scope requiring some interpretation of policies and guidelines. Reviews project scope in collaboration with project management office and/or manager. Maps tasks to be completed for net new work. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
