Job Summary:
Manages enterprise servers and software in support of business processing requirements. Provides comprehensive technical services and support, including design, configuration, implementation, monitoring, upgrade, maintenance, troubleshooting and security. Provides project management services, including scheduling and customer coordination of installations and upgrades. Runs program(s) with moderate budget/impact.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience: Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Bachelor's Degree: Preferred Five years' technical experience: Preferred Licenses/Certifications:
Technical certification for relevant technology: Required Essential Functions:
Manages enterprise-wide projects from concept to completion using a 'best practices' approach to the business need. Adheres to security standards and guidelines. Develops project plan, completes documentation and communications to all stakeholders. Designs, configures, administrates and manages enterprise class devices and applications, including devices and applications warehoused at corporate headquarters. Develops standards and change controls necessary to ensure enterprise-wide compliance with corporate standards and security initiatives. Includes the periodic review, monitoring and updating of the standards to keep current with corporate and security guidelines. Provides training and support to all appropriate stakeholders, including documentation, in-person or virtual training. Monitors on-going projects, systems, devices, applications and staff activities and ensures that systems operate at peak performance. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
The estimated base pay for this position is $81,272 to $121,908.78. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through years of experience, differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
