How You'll Create Possibilities
Champion Product Quality
Lead continuous improvement efforts through the
Appliance Production System (APS)
framework. Coach team members and ensure quality escalation processes are followed effectively. Collaborate Across Teams
Partner with Business Operations and Manufacturing Engineering to implement robust quality systems, including QMS, TPM, and Calibration processes. Drive resource prioritization to meet operational and financial goals. Take Ownership of Quality Plans
Manage and improve the
Manufacturing Control Plan (MCP)
for assigned areas, ensuring documentation, training, and audits meet top standards. Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Analyze and Improve Processes
Use data-driven approaches like
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
to monitor trends, resolve issues, and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with teams on cost-reduction projects and quality improvement initiatives. Support New Product Launches
Offer technical insights into manufacturing processes for new product designs. Explore and implement innovative testing technologies to boost quality and reliability. What You'll Bring to Our Team
Required Skills:
Proven experience in
manufacturing quality , process improvement, or equivalent military background. Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing, material processing, and advanced quality tools. Proficiency in software like
Excel ,
AutoCAD ,
Minitab , and
PowerPoint .
