Number of Beds: 43 Patient Ratios: Day Shift Med/Surg 1:4-5, Night Shift Med/surg 1:5-6, Day and Night IMC 3:1 Equipment: Ventilators, BiPaP, CPAP, IV pumps, PCA pumps, etc. EMR: Epic Must Have Skills/Experience: IMC RN’s must have Vent experience, experience with tracheostomy’s and interpreting telemetry strips. Additional Details
10.8 RN FTE's still on orientation, with 3.6 of those planning to be off orientation December 2nd and the remainder not until mid-January. 1.8 RN FTE's transferring to Critical Care in beginning of January. 2.7 FTE's RN Travelers ending in Mid-January.
