Engineering Coordinator/Administrative Assistant - Contract to Hire

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our engineering and accounting departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and distribute requests for quotes, and perform various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide data entry support, maintain databases, and perform daily mail and email sorting and distribution tasks.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving, process cash receipts, and perform weekly transaction reviews.
  • Develop expertise in multiple administrative positions and serve as a backup.
  • Communicate with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Prepare and distribute project-related documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and status reports.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including inventory management, document retention, and front desk operations.
Requirements
  • High School diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Intermediate PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to type 50 words per minute.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.


This is an onsite position in West Chester, Ohio. This is an contract to hire opportunity $22-25/hour
