Must-Have Requirements: • At least 3 years of recruiting experience. Nice-to-Haves: • Experience recruiting in the Manufacturing, Distribution and Professional services industries. Key Skills and Qualifications: • Talent Sourcing & Networking: Master the art of sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks. • Interview & Candidate Assessment: Conduct structured and behavioral interviews to find the perfect fit. • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. • Compliance & Legal Knowledge: Stay on top of labor laws and recruitment-related compliance, including EEOC guidelines and data privacy regulations. • Multi-task Management: Juggle multiple requisitions with ease, ensuring a seamless recruitment and onboarding process.
