Position Summary: The TA Recruiter plays a pivotal role in recruiting strategy, technology implementation, community development and marketing. You will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of all staffing and recruitment for non-production/administrative and production non-exempt associates in the West Coast, specifically focusing on our Irwindale, CA facility. You will be responsible for conducting full-cycle recruitment to include: sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing and managing candidate pipelines while advising hiring managers throughout the funnel and selection process. What you will Do: Responsible for the staffing and recruiting function for the internal posting process and external non-exempt for the Irwindale facility. Responsible for all aspects of non-exempt recruitment for the Irwindale facility. Assists in the implementation of the direct hire process. Evaluates, develops and sets standards with the hiring managers of the hiring process for each individual department. Acts as a liaison between temporary services and supervisors. Responsible for coordinating the internal application process with departments and associates. Responsible for establishing and implementing sourcing methods for non-exempt roles to include various avenues i.e. internet, media, newspaper, job fairs, etc Responsible for training hiring managers on interviewing techniques and processes. Maintains other projects including a resume database system, automation, interviewing processes Assist on the cost analysis for the ROI of the direct hire process for the non-exempt recruitment process. Assist in development of a screening test for non-exempt positions. Travel to other facilities to implement and conduct training for the non-exempt recruitment process. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate up and down the organization. A proven track record of results with a bias for action and a natural sense of urgency. A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years experience with staffing high volume roles or supporting a corporate recruiting function in a manufacturing facility is required. Industry knowledge of consumer packaged goods (CPG) or Food and Beverage is strongly preferred. Combined experience with agency staffing and corporate recruiting is helpful. BS Degree in Business/HR or equivalent experience in the staffing and recruiting industry preferred. Language: Bilingual Spanish is a plus Must have working knowledge with applicant tracking systems (UKG, Workday, Lever, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, ADP etc.) Computer Skills: Strong computer skills required: i.e., MS Office, Excel, and Access. Must have multi-systems experience with extended database and worksheet knowledge. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment. Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in different areas, independently and simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple key stakeholders and a willingness to complete work tasks outside of immediate job responsibilities, as needed. Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communications skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of management.
