Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
$90,000 - $115,000 a year

Responsibilities:
- Design and Analysis:
- Develop structural designs and perform detailed analyses for buildings, bridges, and other structures.
- Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS) for structural modeling and analysis.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Project Management:
- Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Site Inspections and Assessments:
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Perform structural assessments and provide recommendations for repairs or modifications.
- Address any construction-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Quality Control and Compliance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of structural designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Client Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical expertise.
- Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
