Position Overview:

The Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structures. This role requires a strong foundation in structural engineering principles, proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering and a passion for creating safe, efficient, and sustainable structures.

Responsibilities:
    • Design and Analysis:
    • Develop structural designs and perform detailed analyses for buildings, bridges, and other structures.
    • Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS) for structural modeling and analysis.
    • Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
    • Project Management:
    • Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
    • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
    • Prepare and review project documentation, including calculations, drawings, and specifications.
    • Site Inspections and Assessments:
    • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
    • Perform structural assessments and provide recommendations for repairs or modifications.
    • Address any construction-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
    • Quality Control and Compliance:
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of structural designs.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
    • Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Client Interaction:
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical expertise.
    • Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
