What you will be doing with our Commercial Litigation team... Commercial Litigation Support & Case Management Support attorneys in preparing cases, including drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and affidavits. Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are current and easily accessible. Oversee the discovery process, including document production, interrogatories, and depositions. Manage court schedules and deadlines to ensure timely filings and appearances. Document Review & Organization Review, analyze, and organize documents collected during discovery. Create and maintain privilege logs and document indexes. Assist with trial prep, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders. Conduct research to support case arguments and strategies. Client & Witness Coordination Serve as a primary contact for clients, providing case updates and answering inquiries. Coordinate witness interviews, depositions, and trial appearances. Prepare witness files, including background research and examination prep. Trial Prep & On-Site Support Aid attorneys with trial prep by organizing exhibits, drafting trial briefs, and coordinating logistics. Attend trials, hearings, and depositions to provide on-site attorney support. Collaborate with court personnel, opposing counsel, and experts White Collar Criminal Defense Tasks (huge plus if you have this experience) Assist attorneys in managing complex white-collar cases, including drafting motions, pleadings, and correspondence related to financial crimes. Organize and review large volumes of discovery documents, including financial records, contracts, and communications. Conduct in-depth research on regulatory guidelines, federal statutes, and case law relevant to white-collar criminal defense. Coordinate with experts, investigators, and government agencies for case preparation, witness interviews, and trial support. Experience and Required Qualifications: BA or BS degree and/or Paralegal Certification 5-7+ years' experience in Complex Commercial litigation/White Collar Trial Experience Calendaring, Scheduling, and knowing and meeting deadlines Efficient with eDiscovery, legal case management software, and billable hours Strong attention to detail and accountability Go-Getter, Flexible, Creative, Proven Success Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work concurrently on a variety of matters and manage time and expectations Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro.
