The Impact You'll Make:
You'll report to our Director, Creative through our Brand team, and you'll create marketing content and brand communications through a blend of in-house production and agency management. You'll develop business-moving creative for new user acquisition, existing user engagement, and brand building including digital, social, radio, out-of-home, television, and CRM channels. Additionally, you will:
Create assets across channels such as display or social media ads
Refine brand and style guidelines and ensure agency adherence to brand standards
Provide creative direction and feedback to agency partners, including influencers
Perform quality assurance reviews for Upside teammates and agency partners
Build a repository of brand assets to increase production efficiency
Support campaigns and partner across performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, content, and design teams
What You Should Have:
2+ years of brand design or creative development experience within a brand or agency
Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premier)
A portfolio that highlights your brand design skills
Location:
This hybrid role is required to work at our DC office in Dupont Circle for 3 days/week.
Compensation:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $76,000.00 - $84,000.00 + equity + benefits. The final starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
