Duties:

4. Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes through litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
5. Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed analyses on insurance and reinsurance issues.
6. Develop and execute strategies to resolve insurance-related disputes efficiently.
7. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address and manage insurance claims and coverage matters.
8. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and case law affecting insurance and reinsurance.
9. Prepare and present legal arguments, motions, and briefs in court and other legal forums.

Requirements:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
3. 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
4. Strong understanding of insurance coverage issues, including professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance.
5. Proven experience in handling insurance coverage disputes and related litigation.

Education:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

1. Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
