LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking Strategic Buyer in Orlando, FL. You will play a critical role in managing the procurement process, sourcing key materials and services, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions that align with our business goals. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including identifying and evaluating potential suppliers for various product categories. Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and timely deliveries. Develop and implement sourcing strategies that support company objectives and drive cost savings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure supply chain needs are met. Monitor inventory levels and forecast material needs to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, supplier performance, and inventory levels. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to recommend improvements and identify cost-reduction opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and efficient sourcing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
