Duties

1. Conduct and oversee written discovery tasks.
2. Draft and submit persuasive legal briefs and motions.
3. Prepare for and conduct depositions.
4. Collaborate with and guide expert witnesses.
5. Participate in thorough trial preparation.

Requirements

1. Minimum of four years experience in intellectual property litigation.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Eligibility for bar admission in Colorado or the ability to obtain it.

Education

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

1. Must be licensed or capable of obtaining licensure in Colorado.
