Location:

Duties:
- Develop trial strategy and serve as first chair in trial proceedings.
- Conduct and oversee in-depth legal research to support litigation.
- Interface directly with specialized outside counsel on behalf of clients.
- Draft and file legal documents such as moving papers and oppositions on complex legal issues.
- Represent clients in court hearings and motion arguments.
- Conduct depositions of key witnesses, including experts and senior company executives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve firm policies and client communication processes.
- Resolve legal issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of litigation and trial experience.
- Proven experience as first chair in jury and bench trials with a strong record of successful verdicts.
- Extensive knowledge of Arbitration, Coordinated Proceedings, and Multi-District Litigation preferred.
- Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, timekeeping software, and client file management systems.
- Excellent time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership abilities and strong organizational skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds as needed.
Education:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Licensed attorney, active member in good standing with the California Bar.
