Full job description

Responsibilities:

1. Build, lead and grow a team of exceptional product managers.
2. Create & execute a product strategy that appeals to the unique needs and requirements of vector database users & customers.
3. Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
4. Launch the vision, product strategy, and road map for our products and work with key stakeholders to deliver on that vision.
5. Define product requirements documents based on an intimate knowledge of the specific market segments, target customers, and product.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. 7+ years in product management.
3. 5+ years of industry experience in a database systems or AI platform.
4. Strong customer empathy, strong technical acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit.
5. Be both technically deep and business savvy to interface with and lead teams of all levels and disciplines.
6. Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data to drive conclusions and recommendations.
7. A strong track record of delivering products.
8. Ability to work with teams globally.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
