Title: Electrical Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Location: Jacksonville, FL - Relocation Package Available

Salary: $125K - 150K Base
Full Time, Direct Hire Position

We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of manufacturing engineers and wiring designers. This role plays a vital part in designing optimized production processes, enhancing collaboration between design and production teams, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and optimization of wiring manufacturing processes across production facilities.
  • Collaborate with electrical design engineering teams to ensure manufacturability.
  • Coordinate and evaluate pilot programs for new manufacturing technologies and processes.
  • Provide hands-on technical support to resolve production issues promptly.
  • Partner with operations, quality assurance, and R&D teams to create innovative, efficient designs and manufacturing solutions.
  • Oversee and maintain high standards for team output, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry regulations.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Regular travel (up to 25%) to production plants to engage with local teams and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proven leader with a focus on team development and collaboration.
  • Strong proficiency in electrical schematics, wiring design, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma.
  • Exceptional communication skills for working with diverse cross-functional teams.
  • A track record of innovation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical manufacturing process optimization, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
