Your Career
As a Product Marketing Manager, Software Firewalls, you will play a key role in planning and executing the product marketing strategy for our Cloud Network Security business. Palo Alto Networks ML-Powered Firewalls continue to be the leader for over 11 years. You will work closely with product management, product marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute the positioning, messaging, and marketing activities for the Cloud Network Security products.
Developing narratives and materials that help customers understand the value of Software Firewalls by effectively translating product capabilities into compelling messages that resonate with customers
Translating technical features and capabilities into compelling differentiators
Creating impactful product marketing content, including datasheets, whitepapers, blogs, and presentations
Defining, implementing, and collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams on GTM strategy for new launches & campaigns
Your Impact
You will work closely with Product Management to build a shared market and product vision, value proposition, and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas forming the foundation for all product marketing activities
Serve as an ambassador for the company by actively participating in customer engagements and industry events - In these settings, you will be responsible for articulating and promoting our unique perspective, establishing yourself as a respected representative in cloud network security
You will simplify product capabilities into compelling messages and tools that resonate with customers
You will play a crucial role in creating powerful product marketing content, including datasheets, whitepapers, blogs, and presentations
Additionally you will educate and excite our Sales, GTM, and field marketing teams on our products' customer and business value
Your Experience
8+ years in product marketing and cloud - Experience in cybersecurity is a bonus
Experience with product launches and releases – from crafting messaging, content, and initiatives to tracking progress and measuring results
Excellent written, and verbal communication and presentation skills, for example, developing webinars or delivering presentations
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or equivalent military experience required

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $131000 - $212500/YR.
