Job Title: Registered Nurse - Maternal Child Health (MCH) Job Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) - Critical Care Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience in the last 3 years License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) Must-Have: - Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience Job Description: - Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in a critical care setting. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Demonstrate proficiency in neonatal resuscitation and advanced care techniques. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Communicate effectively with patients' families, offering support and education as needed. - Participate in ongoing professional development and training. - Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards to ensure patient safety.
