Job Title: Registered Nurse - Maternal Child Health (MCH) Job Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) - Critical Care Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night - 12x3 - 7 PM - 7 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: - 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years - Experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care is preferred License: Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided Certifications: - Basic Life Support - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program Must-Have: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Job Description: - Provide critical care to neonates in a Level III NICU. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients. - Monitor vital signs and initiate appropriate interventions. - Educate and support families on care plans and procedures. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. - Participate in orientation and ongoing training initiatives. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Note: A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred. Seven years of recent experience in a Level III NICU within the last decade is also preferred.
