We are offering a contract to permanent position as a Desktop Support Analyst based in Dubuque, Iowa, United States. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be tasked with a variety of duties including management of IT incidents, maintaining computer hardware and software, and supporting both office and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of computer systems, both hardware and software.

• Managing and resolving Level I-III technical issues, including desktops, laptops, network, telecom, video conferencing, VoIP, mobility, and infrastructure.

• Providing end-user support and overseeing the Field Operations Team.

• Utilizing SCCM for configuration and optimization.

• Maintaining Windows Active Directory, user security, and network printing.

• Creating and updating Knowledge Base documentation.

• Identifying cost-effective hardware and software improvements.

• Assisting in the installation and configuration of personal computer systems.

• Managing the IT incident queue and providing support to end-users, either remotely or on-site.to

• Proficiency in Computer Hardware is necessary, as the role involves troubleshooting and maintaining computer systems.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills are required, as the role involves regular interaction with end-users to resolve their technical issues.
• Knowledge of Computer Networking is essential in order to ensure smooth data communication and resource sharing within the organization.
• Understanding of Computer Security principles is crucial to safeguard the organization's data and digital assets.
• Experience with Active Directory is necessary as the role involves managing user accounts and access controls.
