We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity in Livonia, Michigan. We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. Your primary duties will involve providing white glove technical assistance to our team, handling various hardware and software issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service.


Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter

• Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems

• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns

• Create and verify backups of data

• Respond to and resolve help desk requests

• Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution

• Administratively manage Office 365, Teams, and Active Directory

• Install and test computer-related equipment

• Troubleshoot audio/visual equipment and provide executive support

• Maintain an inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or in a related role.

• Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with Citrix Technologies.

• Strong understanding and ability to troubleshoot Computer Hardware.

• Familiarity with Active Directory and its functionalities.

• Experience with Apple Devices setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Proven experience with Backup Technologies to ensure data security.

• Sound knowledge of Configuration Management for system consistency.

• Ability to handle and experience with Audio Visual equipment, including setup and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in both Hardware and Software troubleshooting.

• Experience using and troubleshooting Office 365, and Teams Rooms for effective team collaboration.

• In-depth knowledge and experience with Windows operating systems.

• Familiarity with MDM Technologies for mobile device management.

• Strong End User Support and Customer Service Skills
