JOB TITLE : Administrative and Technical Support Specialist REQUISITION : VA-1331-24-DCSA OCCA CLEARANCE : Secret LOCATION : Quantico, VA REPORTS TO : SABG Program Manager FLSA STATUS : Regular Full-Time Exempt SUMMARY : SABG is hiring for an Administrative and Technical Support Specialist supporting the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, Office of Communications and Congressional Affairs in Quantico, VA. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for reviewing incoming requests for DCSA media engagements; tasks the appropriate OCCA personnel for action and reviews final responses for accuracy before responding to customers Responsible for maintaining and populating various databases and spreadsheets with information in support of assigned tasks, as required. Utilize spreadsheets to track suspense actions and to manage workload, internal assignments and maintain customer requests, as required Responsible for support to branch meetings and engagements; in addition to attendance, takes notes, documents actions, follows-up as required and monitors actions through completion Support and encourage effective communication while performing the duties identified in this task order. Provide and/or distribute accurate and professional written or verbal responses to internal and external stakeholders' requests for and dissemination of information. SUPERVISION : This position has no supervisory responsibilities. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma, or equivalent and 2 years of relevant administrative and technical support experience required for this category Superior oral and written communication skills Able to identify products and projects completed in its Monthly Progress and Status Report IAW CDRL A004 COMPUTER SKILLS : Microsoft Office Products, including but not limited to, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Project, Access, etc. or the applicable software of record for the agency. Adobe Suite, including but not limited to, Acrobat Design, Adobe, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe PageMaker, Adobe Premier, etc. or the applicable software of record for the agency. SharePoint, Service Now and/or other task management systems. Or other designated software required to successfully perform the duties this task order requires. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. REASONING ABILITY : Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.
