A great opportunity is available for a Full-Time Social Worker in Fithian, IL. This role requires onsite presence and a collaborative approach, working closely with the intervention team to ensure students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs are addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the intervention team to support students mental health and wellbeing
• Provide counseling services to individuals and groups
• Work with families and educators to create and execute intervention plans
• Monitor and track student progress with social and emotional goals
• Offer crisis intervention when necessary

Requirements:

• Must have a Masters degree or higher in Social Work
• PEL endorsement is required
• Ability to work onsite and engage directly with students and staff
• Compassionate and committed to helping students succeed
