JOB DESCRIPTION:
"Self-starting leader in Operations with 5+years of experience leading transformational change in Ops. Ability to lead self-organizing Ops team. Confident to insert themselves in an existing team of 4 and emerge as a servant leader. Motivated and focused on continuous improvement.
Tools: Splunk, New Relic, Power BI, SQL queries
• Ensure Ops team awareness across all platform changes for efficient support post production launch. Affirm system health and supportability of platform change.
• Create/update necessary logging to ensure new/modified Dashboards, Alerts, Monitors respective to these changes are built in and are reviewed by Product Owners in anticipation of launch/go live.
• Update RunBooks (Tier 2, 3 support documents) as applicable during launch. Audit and improve Runbooks to ensure continuous improvement for Production Support response time (ex: MTTR)
• Owner for production support intake to ensure proper team coverage, analysis, resolution and timely communications regarding any system issues. This also includes stakeholder observations requiring clarification/response that is not found to be a system issue."
