We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, ensuring that our organization continues to thrive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Sourcing and Attraction: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to attract qualified candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Oversee the interviewing process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and providing necessary support.
• Candidate Experience: Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
• Compliance: Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR Director to achieve recruitment goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience in the manufacturing or oil and gas industries is preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting, Glassdoor, and/or Indeed
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Requires conceptual knowledge of practices and procedures within HR and Recruiting disciplines.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to internal and external customers.
