Job Description:

In your role as a Proposal Development Coordinator, you will work with our pursuit teams and technical staff to deliver high-quality proposals to our clients and win competitive project opportunities.

The Proposal Development Coordinator prepares concise, compelling, and compliant narratives that guide proposal content. You will participate in strategy meetings, develop storyboards and layouts, create and track action items, and monitor task completion.

Qualifications/Skills:

Required

  • Two or more years of related experience
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • An eye for layout of documents
  • Strong personal accountability
  • Collaborative approach in team environments
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Self-starter
  • Detail and task-oriented
Preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Documented ability to translate complex technical concepts into digestible formats for various audiences
  • Documented ability to share creative ideas for communicating complex information to a range of audiences using clear text and eye-catching layouts
Educational Requirements:

Required:
  • Associate degree in communications, journalism, marketing, writing, English, literature, or a related field
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, writing, English, literature, or a related field
